1. Scope and Contracting Parties

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all purchases made by consumers (private customers) through the online shop operated by:

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in their shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we either confirm the order by email or ship the products.

3. Prices and Payment

  • We are a small business / sole proprietorship under German law and do not charge VAT.

  • Prices include all import taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs, which are already included in the checkout total.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or as indicated at checkout.

  • Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

4. Delivery / Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania, including (but not limited to) the EU, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically a few business days within Europe and 1–4 weeks for other international destinations, depending on postal services and customs. 

  • All prices include customs, import taxes, and shipping — customers will not incur any additional charges.

  • Orders are shipped as a single package; partial deliveries are not made.

  • Shipments are made via DHL or Deutsche Post with tracking.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.

  • To exercise this right, please contact us via email.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds are made after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Warranty / Defects

  • Statutory rights apply for defective goods.

  • Customers must notify us of defects within a reasonable period after delivery.

  • Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Liability

  • We are only liable for intentional or grossly negligent damages.

  • Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (e.g., delivery of goods).

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or other financial losses, except where caused by gross negligence or intent.

  • Liability for damage to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

8. Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

  • Governing Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).

  • Jurisdiction: For consumers, local mandatory laws apply; otherwise, the courts in Marburg, Germany have jurisdiction.

  • Severability: Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Preorders:

When placing a preorder, we will have your product made. That means you will receive your product 30-50 days after ordering.
