Delivery Areas
We currently offer international shipping to most countries in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania, including (but not limited to) the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order — we will check if shipping is possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and order size.
The exact shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders above a certain total value may qualify for free shipping — details will be shown during checkout.
Delivery Times
when ordering with preorders it will be 30-80 days, depending on the ongoing preorder and time the order was placed.

In general, orders are processed and shipped within a few business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times:

Germany / EU: usually within a few business days - 3 weeks

International: typically within 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. We use Warenpost economy shipping meaning that there may be no tracking information until arrival of the package. Please do not be alarmed if your shipment status displays as open and states: "waiting for further information", because that is totally normal.
Shipping Carrier
We use DHL or Deutsche Post for all shipments.
International orders are handed over to the local postal service or delivery partner in your country.
Customs and Import Duties
All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are already included in our prices.
You will not be charged any additional import costs upon delivery.
Partial Deliveries
We do not ship partial orders.
All items in your order will be sent together in a single package.
